Recently, the Trademark Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration issued a notice on the user account registration of the trademark online service system. It mentioned that in order to better serve the users of the trademark online service system, the Trademark Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration decided to launch the user registration function for the trademark online service system from October 21, 2023.

Starting from October 22, 2023, the columns of trademark announcement, trademark registration certificate publicity, trademark public document, trademark online inquiry and so on in the trademark online service system will gradually open the user registration function, which can only be used after logging in. Existing users of the trademark online application system do not need to register another account. They can click “Online Application User Login” to jump to the homepage of the trademark online application system and log in with digital certificate + PIN code + password.

The trademark online service system will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, and properly store and use user information in accordance with laws and regulations.
