To further optimize the use experience of trademark online service system, expand ways for trademark registration, the Trademark Office recently announced the docking of the trademark online registration system with the electronic business license system. 

Where the user of online registration system is a legal person or other organization in Chinese mainland and a holder of electronic business license, the user registration for online application, the login for online application, the submission of verification and binding of electronic business license can be carried out by scanning the QR code via the online registration system. The program is planned to be officially launched as of December 31, 2022.
