Recently, the CNIPA issued the RMB standard for the international cost of PCT application in 2023. According to the RMB standard for the international stage fee of PCT application in 2023 published by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the CNIPA will charge the international stage fee of PCT application according to the new standard. According to the "Notice on Matters Related to Collecting the International Stage Fees of PCT Application by RMB Standard", the international stage fees of PCT application in 2023 have increased by different degrees compared with the previous ones 

Since December 1, 2021, the CNIPA has collected the fees for the international stage of PCT application on behalf of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization according to the RMB standard published by the World Intellectual Property Organization, and no longer converted according to the Swiss franc standard.
