In an effort to further open up the consultation channels for trademark business, the staff under the Trademark Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration were recently assigned to conduct trademark business consultation and accept complaints and reports. The services were said to cover trademark examination, refusal, review, renewal, as well as international registration and other business.
