The National Intellectual Property Administration announced the other day its latest measures for prompt of policies and economic boost, including deferring the annual fees for patent. 

For patents approaching the renewal of annual fees on dates between June 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (except the annual fee of the first year) and enjoying remission of various duties, the expiration date of the annual fee will be automatically deferred to June 15, 2023, with no surcharge incurred during the process.
