Under Covid-19 prevention and control, and to restrict gathering in public places, the National Intellectual Property Administration informed that from 8:00am on May 12, 2022, the Trademark Registration Hall and the Trademark Office in Zhongguancun will suspend the on-site reception and filing services of trademark agencies, and the relevant business should be handled through the "Online Service System" of China Trademark Network or by mail. On-site businesses such as trademark application, refund and pledge registration of enterprises or individuals are carried out as normal. 

Ming & Sure will stay operational and will handle the related cases of client in due time. All relevant cases will be submitted through the "Online Service System" of China Trademark Network or by mail. So far there is no need to worry about any failure in submitting the cases.
