On August 12, 2021, Jiangsu Higher People's Court issued the notice, announcing that the first-instance intellectual property civil cases of trademark rights, copyrights, unfair competition, technology contract disputes and design patent disputes with the subject matter of litigation of more than 3 million yuan will be tried by the intermediate people's court of the city where they are located, and the Nanjing Intellectual Property Court and Suzhou Intellectual Property Court will no longer handle the above cases. 

The above jurisdictional adjustment will be implemented as of September 1, 2021.
