On July 20th, the opening ceremony of Jinan Roving Review Court under the Trademark Office of National Intellectual Property Administration was held at Jinan Trademark Review Cooperation Center.

The establishment of Jinan Roving Review Court is of great significance, which will greatly facilitate parties involved in local trademark cases to participate in oral trials, and help to further strengthen the linkage protection on trademark intellectual property rights and enhance the public service capacity of trademarks.

Up to now, China's trademark roving courts have been set up in cities of Shanghai, Tianjin and Jinan. Future construction of more roving courts is also on schedule of the Trademark Office.
