On May 19th, the State Intellectual Property Office released the key points of work in 2021. The main points mentioned included: accelerating the construction of relevant legal systems, revising the Implementing Regulations of Patent Law and completing the adaptive revision of the Guidance for Examination; carrying out investigation and demonstration for further revision of the Trademark Law, strengthening the legislation of geographical indications, and actively promoting the revision of the Measures for the Administration of Trademark Agency and the Standards for Trademark Examination and Trial.
