The Chinese MNC Huawei recently announced another court session with the Jiangsu Intermediate Court for the cause of dispute over infringement of invention patent right. The defendants include Compal Information Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., Compal Information Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., Compal Electronic Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., Amazon Information Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Amazon Group, Compal Computer Industry Co., Ltd. and Amazon Services Company. 

Reports say that Huawei has started to carry out global rights protection actions. 

Compal, the defendant of this lawsuit, is one of the world’s largest notebook computer manufacturers, assembling products for Hewlett-Packard, Dell and other industry giants, and has foundries in Kunshan, Nanjing and other cities. As "Compal Company" is the defendant in this invention patent dispute, some insiders speculate that Huawei's lawsuit may be related to ink screens and other related products. This is also a product in which Huawei and Amazon have a direct competitive relationship in the field of consumer electronics. 

At current stage the court is reviewing the jurisdiction of this case, and as it involves overseas enterprises, there would be a long while before the delivery of the final responding materials to the next stage.
