To improve the quality and efficiency of filing practice and optimize the business environment, under the guidance of Beijing Higher Court, Beijing Intellectual Property Court will comprehensively implement online granting and authentication of administrative cases of patent and trademark step by step. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 

I. Since September 1, 2022, where attorneys (including but not limited to lawyers and patent attorneys) are entrusted to participate in litigation in administrative cases of patent and trademark authorization and confirmation, in principle, online filing should be applied through one of the "Beijing Court Electronic Litigation Platform, Online Service of People’s Court (formerly known as Mobile Court), Supreme Court Lawyer Service Platform and Jingzhi Trial Platform (Login from Beijing Trial Information Network)". In principle, the filing court no longer receives filing materials in paper form.

II. The period from the date of issuance of this notice to September 1, 2022 is the "transitional guidance period" for the full implementation of online filing. Any problems encountered in online filing during the period can be filled in the Litigation Service Contact Form at any time to reflect the problems and suggestions.
