In its recent special reminder, the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office warns to carefully choose trademark agencies. When a trademark applicant entrusts a trademark agency to handle trademark business, he should check his registration status through the national enterprise credit information publicity system and other platforms, and make careful choices to avoid being deceived.  

Inquiry of China Trademark Network shows that up to nine agencies have stopped operating. In addition, a total of 1,073 agencies have been enlisted for cancellation.
