In 2021, the Trademark Office received a total of 29,961 court notices and 18,584 court judgments and rulings. Excluding cases that lost due to changes in circumstances, the winning rates of the first and second trials were 91.8% and 86.1%. 

Therefore, for trademark cases, the court generally upholds the judgment of the Trademark Office, and it is less likely to bring a lawsuit to the court and win the case in the end.
