With the release of the Notice on Severely Cracking Down on Malicious Trademark Squatting of Olympic Hot Words (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), CNIPA had been working to strengthen supervision and had organized twelve provinces to investigate and handle more than 113 related clues. As of November 25th, a total of twenty-four trademark agencies involved in the case have been investigated and dealt with, thirteen administrative penalties have been imposed, and six agencies have been subjected to administrative investigation. The crack down on malicious squatting of Olympic hot words had eventually yield some good social impacts. 

In its next operation, the CNIPA will continue to carry out the "Blue Sky" rectification campaign. The major task is to severely crack down on malicious trademark attorney of non-use-intent, strengthen the connection with daily supervision and long-term mechanism, give full play to the role of industry organizations and social supervision, strike hard and maintain a high-pressure cracking down on illegal attorney behavior, continuously improve the order of intellectual property attorney industry, and promote the healthy development of intellectual property service industry.
