Recently, Shenzhen Longgang Bureau issued the first Decision on Intellectual Property Administrative Ban, in an aim to reach an early resolution to prevent the suspected infringer from continuing to commit patent infringement. 

The Regulations on Intellectual Property Protection in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone is an intellectual property administrative protection measure formulated to stop intellectual property infringement in time, strengthen the protection on intellectual property rights, create a more friendly business environment, and better the quality of economic development, which clearly stipulate that the market supervision department can "issue a ban in advance", should there be evidence to prove the existence of infringement facts. The ban will effectively prevent the continuing of infringement and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the obligee in a timely manner before the substantive dispute is resolved.
