On July 8th, according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Protection of Olympic Symbols, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) announced the "Olympic Five Rings Pattern Symbol" and other signs submitted by the International Olympic Committee and the "International Paralympic Games Emblem" submitted by the International Paralympic Committee. The International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee shall enjoy the exclusive rights to the above symbols from the date of announcement, and the validity period shall be 10 years.
